Retail Fit-Out Site Manager (Nights) Glasgow Start Date: June Duration: 9-Month Contract Shift: Nights (10-hour shifts) Rate: £350 £380 per shift (DOE) We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a fast-paced project in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in retail refurbishments and fit-outs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities during night shifts Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and quality Maintain site health & safety in line with regulations Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team Keep accurate site records and reports Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects Valid SMSTS , CSCS , and First Aid certifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure Availability to commit to a 9-month night shift contract What s on Offer: Competitive shift rate of £350 £380 Long-term contract with a reputable project pipeline Immediate start in June If you re an experienced Site Manager looking for your next contract role on nights, we d like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
