Our client, a leader in the water utilities sector, is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join their team, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across Yorkshire. This permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to their AMP8 objectives. Key Responsibilities: Leading operational teams within a defined catchment area to ensure end-to-end management of all works Conducting site inspections and coordinating crews from the depot Managing fleet issues and evaluating employee performance Maintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing any concerns or requests promptly Collaborating with senior management, planning, and scheduling teams for effective resource allocation Ensuring that all work adheres to the standards, policies, and procedures Producing method statements and procedures, understanding specifications, and keeping records of completed work Job Requirements: Experience of Site Management within the Water Industry A full UK driving license Previous managerial experience A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on results If you are an experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
