Site Manager - Residential Apartments (6-Month Contract) Location: Leeds Job Type: Contract (6 months) Start Date: May 2026 Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential apartment project in Leeds. This is a 6‑month contract role, ideal for a proactive and hands‑on professional with a strong background in residential construction. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations Monitor progress and maintain high standards of quality Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders Maintain accurate site records and reports Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential/apartment projects Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred) First Aid at Work certification Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines effectively Desirable Experience working on multi‑unit apartment developments Temporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor certification What We Offer Competitive daily rate (DOE) Opportunity to work on a high‑profile residential scheme Immediate start in May #J-18808-Ljbffr
