Job Description
As a Shift Manager, you'll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience. You'll motivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track during busy periods.
This hands‑on role involves leading by example, building team confidence, and contributing to strong operational performance. The role is based in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as order takeaway and delivery.
