Shift Engineer - Powerhouse Operations

Join Rain Carbon Inc. as a Shift Operating Engineer and manage key Powerhouse Plant tasks. Enhance operational efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance. As a 2nd Class Shift Operating Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of our Powerhouse Steam Plant beneath the guidance of the Chief Engineer.

This role includes monitoring the wastewater treatment facility and maintaining auxiliary equipment. Flexibility for shift work and a proactive attitude towards safety and equipment reliability are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate Powerhouse Plant equipment per TSSA standards • Oversee operations of the wastewater treatment facility • Conduct routine maintenance on plant equipment • Provide First Aid and monitor fire alarm systems • Complete safety checks and maintain cleanliness of work areas Requirements: • Must hold a valid 2nd Class Operating Engineer Certificate (TSSA) • High school diploma completion • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills required • Ability to manage rotating shifts and overtime effectively • Willing to work in confined spaces or elevated areas as necessary Contribute your skills to help maintain excellence and reliability at Rain Carbon Inc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
