Sharepoint Platform Consultant

Job Title: SharePoint Platform Consultant (ECM) Experience: 4–7 Years Joining: Immediate / Urgent Requirement Role Overview We are looking for a SharePoint Platform Consultant who can independently manage internal Enterprise Content Management (ECM) activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SharePoint and be capable of handling end-to-end implementation, customization, and support with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain SharePoint platforms (Online/On-Premise) Handle internal ECM activities including document management, workflows, and content structuring Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions based on business requirements Create and manage document libraries, lists, permissions, and governance policies Automate workflows using Power Automate / SharePoint Designer Ensure data security, access control, and compliance standards Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to understand and deliver requirements Maintain documentation and best practices for SharePoint usage Required Skills Strong experience in SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016/2019 Good understanding of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) concepts Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in handling internal ECM systems independently Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment Note Immediate joiners will be highly preferred Candidate should be capable of working with minimal supervision If you are a self-driven SharePoint expert with strong ECM experience and can join immediately, we would love to connect with you.
