Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per yearA bit about us:Our client is a growing, privately owned manufacturing company that is rapidly growing!Why join us?Competitive compensation401K w matching Strong medical, dental, vision PTOGreat culture Production Bonus!Job DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesContribute to day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and General LedgerEnsure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closePrepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analysesMaintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activitiesCollaborate with operations and leadership to provide financial insight and visibilityAssist with cost accounting activities as needed, including inventory and manufacturing-related analysisManage external audits and coordinate with outside accountants or advisorsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting as the company scalesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of financial controlling, reporting, and general ledger accountingExperience working closely with AP and AR functionsExposure to cost accounting in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not requiredProficiency with ERP systems and Excel; experience improving accounting processes is a plusStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlinesCollaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across teamsInterested in hearing more?
