Job Overview We are seeking a ServiceNow/SharePoint Developer to support federal government clients in the Mid Atlantic Region, primarily Alexandria, VA. The role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow and SharePoint solutions, automating business processes, and providing analytics support. Responsibilities Configure, build, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow and SharePoint components.

Develop and automate workflows, integrations, dashboards, and applications. Resolve defects, update technical designs, and maintain documentation. Support transition, training, and operational continuity for clients.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet federal compliance and audit requirements. Follow project management practices, deliver on milestones, and provide status updates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of federal consulting or enterprise platform experience.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (HRSD/ITSM), SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI. Experience with workflow configuration, integration design, and platform administration. Ability to produce audit‑ready documentation and executive briefings.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen; no visa sponsorship available.
