ServiceNow Developer - CMDB

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Experience: 3-10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB and integrations to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CMDB architecture, data management, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions within ServiceNow CMDB Implement and manage CI Class Models, relationships, and dependencies Work with Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) for data accuracy Develop and configure ServiceNow integrations using: REST APIs / SOAP APIs IntegrationHub / Flow Designer MID Server configurations Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping Develop custom scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., cloud platforms, monitoring tools) Ensure CMDB data quality using CMDB Health Dashboard Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB and integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Follow best practices for development, testing, and deployment Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development Strong experience in CMDB implementation and management Hands-on experience with: Discovery & Service Mapping IRE (Identification & Reconciliation Engine) Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations Proficiency in: JavaScript Glide API Experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer Knowledge of MID Server setup and troubleshooting Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem) Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
