PAN INDIA ROLE - Candidate should be from Delhi NCR Region The Technical Services Engineer is responsible for delivering a variety of technical services to customers, including but not limited to remote technical support, system installation & onsite service/repair of instruments . Reporting to the Product Manager, the Technical Services Engineer will play a key role in delivering excellence in customer service and support to customers Pan India, which represents a distinct commercial advantage and differentiator to competitor s. Recording of 100% of incoming technical support and service requestsin the Support Portal & from existing custome rs.Tracking and progression to close of all assigned technical support and service cas es.Regional ownership and accountability for the delivery of full range of Technical Services offerings, including but not limited to technical support, onsite instrument service and maintenance, & basic troubleshooting train ingPan India travels as required to meet deliver technical services requiremen ts.Organisation and planning of installation and service visits within the assigned region, to be managed in a cost-efficient way (bookings made >1 month in advan ce)Ensuring on-site customer signatureon certificate of acceptance after every system installati on.Check crates and boxes of instruments and parts before they are sent to customer(to ensure they have all the parts to conduct installati on) Interpretation of electronic schemat ics.Working with wiring diagr ams.Electrical, electronic and mechanical problem diagno sis.Use of electronic test equipm ent.Servicing of systems in the field (electronic, electromechanical, mechanic al).High quality repairs to component level (de-soldering, soldering, replacement of par ts).Cable repairs and mainten ance
