Service Desk Analyst - Leeds (100% onsite, 5 days a week) - £25,000 – £35,000 + up to 20% bonus The Opportunity We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced IT support team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in IT.
You’ll be supporting a large user base of 1000+ employees, working across a mix of technologies, and gaining exposure to both 1st and 2nd line support. With strong progression opportunities and a collaborative team environment, this is a great next step for someone looking to grow quickly. What You’ll Be Doing Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business Handling 20–40 tickets per day in a busy service desk environment Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and network access Supporting users with: Windows and Mac OS Office 365 Active Directory VPN connectivity Mobile devices Managing tickets via ServiceNow Supporting device management using Jamf Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction Escalating complex issues when needed and following through to resolution What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role Strong knowledge ideally of the following: Windows OS and Mac Active Directory Office 365 ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems) VPN troubleshooting Mobile device support Jamf (desirable) AzureAD/ Excellent communication and customer service skills A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of enthusiasm Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail What’s in It for You Competitive salary of £25,000 – £35,000 Bonus scheme up to 20% Clear progression and development opportunities Exposure to a wide range of technologies Supportive and collaborative team environment Excellent benefits package (details available on application) Hours: Shifts – 7:00am – 3:30pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm Due to the volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to all applications. xwzovoh Should you not hear from us in 5 working days then your application has not been successful.
