Senior Web Developer & Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior Web Developer & Designer (WordPress | SaaS | AI Tools) We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer & Designer who can own the full lifecycle of web experiences—from strategy and design to development and optimization. If you’re someone who blends technical expertise with design thinking and stays ahead with AI-powered tools , this role is for you. What You’ll Do Lead the design and development of high-performing websites (primarily WordPress) Create visually compelling, conversion-focused UI/UX for SaaS products Optimize website performance, SEO, and user journeys Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, development, personalization, and experimentation Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver seamless digital experiences Continuously test, iterate, and improve website performance using data What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in web development & design Strong expertise in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, performance optimization) Proven experience working with SaaS companies Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion optimization Hands-on experience with AI tools for web design/development (e.g., design automation, AI builders, personalization tools) Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and modern frameworks is a plus) Strong eye for design + attention to detail Ability to think strategically, not just execute Nice to Have Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, GA4, etc.) Familiarity with headless CMS or modern web stacks Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments About Us We are a fast-growing SaaS company focused on helping organizations build better products through smarter requirements management and AI-powered solutions.
