Job Description Senior Web App Developer – Insight Global (ITSSS‑2 contract vehicle) Overview Insight Global is seeking a Senior Web App Developer to support internal FBI enterprise applications under the ITSSS‑2 contract vehicle. This role supports the design, development, modernization, and maintenance of secure, front-facing internal web applications used across FBI HQ and field operations. The environment is agile, collaborative, and long‑term, supporting both existing systems and new application development.

Responsibilities Design, test, and develop scalable, well‑documented web applications. Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, secure web solutions. Build and support full‑stack web applications with heavy front‑end focus.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new features. Debug, maintain, and enhance existing applications. Recommend software upgrades and modernization strategies.

Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. 8+ years of professional web application development experience.

Strong full‑stack development background with a heavy front‑end focus. Very strong experience with C# and Object‑Oriented Programming principles. Hands‑on experience with: ASP.NET MVC (web development) WCF and/or Web API LINQ Extensive SQL experience, including: Stored Procedures Functions Transactions PL/SQL (or equivalent) Strong proficiency with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

Hands‑on experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
