Ready to make a meaningful impact? As a Senior Trust & Estate Manager, you will support our Family Office team and Brighton Jones Trust Company. Responsibilities Family Office Legal Support Partner with the Director of Estate Planning to coordinate estate planning and other legal services for ultra‑high net worth clients.

Analyze estate plans and trust documents, prepare summaries and flowcharts, and identify planning opportunities and gaps. Assist with targeted legal research and transfer tax modeling. Coordinate with clients and external advisors to draft legal documents.

Proactively identify legal needs and planning opportunities tailored to clients’ goals. Coordinate income and transfer tax reporting. Support advisors in managing complex, multi‑generational trust and estate structures.

Facilitate clear communication across legal, advisory, and operational teams. Brighton Jones Trust Company Support Oversee trustee and other fiduciary services for the Trust Company. Support initial trust onboarding and account setup for new clients.

Manage ongoing trust administration, including distributions, beneficiary reporting, and accountings. Track trust milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment with sensitive information.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure fiduciary and regulatory alignment. Support internal coordination, project tracking, and operational updates as the Trust Company scales. Operational Excellence & Workflow Management Own and improve tracking systems for trust, estate, and related legal services workflows.

Manage scheduling and coordination for trust and estate meetings and internal discussions. Maintain organized and accurate documentation across systems. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Assist with billing, reporting, and preparation of client materials and presentation decks. What You Bring 6+ years of direct experience with high‑net worth clients providing family office/private client services, trust and estate services, and trust administration. Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.

Experience within or closely supporting a trust company, corporate trustee, or similar environment strongly preferred. Experience supporting estate planning strategy and execution in a Family Office or ultra high net worth environment. Strong ability to read, interpret, and translate trust and estate documents into clear actions.

Deep familiarity with trust structures, estate planning concepts, and fiduciary responsibilities. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Clear, professional, and concise communication skills.
