Job Description
As a senior software engineer, you will be part of the OCI Unified Imaging & Artifacts team, which is going to design, architect, and build bestāināclass software architecture. As a senior member of the team, you will participate in the entire software development lifecycle. You will own and deliver the software design and development for major components and features of the service.
You should be both a rockāsolid coder and a troubleshooter. You should value simplicity, quality, and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn. Skills We are looking for backend developers with 4+ years of related experience.
Having a strong knowledge of large scale highly available distributed systems is a plus. Must have a strong knowledge of objectāoriented paradigms, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals. Strong knowledge of Java is preferred and experience in one of languages such as Scala, Python etc is a strong plus.
Experience in micro services architecture, APIādriven serviceāoriented architecture, Kubernetes, Containers, and Cloud Control Plane is a plus. Knowledge of Python, Java, and Terraform is a strong plus. Must possess strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience building multiātenant, virtualized distributed infrastructure is a strong plus.
