This role is designed for high performers aiming to grow into an AE role. What You’ll Do Run outbound campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video Book 4–5 high-quality meetings/month Engage CXOs and senior leaders Partner with Sales & Marketing on account strategy Experiment with messaging and improve team playbooks Contribute to team success by sharing winning strategies and supporting newer SDRs Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene What We’re Looking For 2–5 years in pure outbound SDR experience (non-negotiable) Strong cold calling ability with senior stakeholders Confident, unscripted communication style Familiarity with modern sales tools and AI workflows High ownership and consistency Compensation & Benefits Competitive base + uncapped incentives US EST Shift (4 PM – 2 AM) Full sales tech stack (Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) Medical insurance Outcome-driven culture with high autonomy Final Note This role requires long-term commitment to working from our Chennai office and is best suited for candidates who are comfortable with an in-office, outbound sales environment.
