An established UK‑based financial services organisation is investing heavily in Salesforce as a strategic platform and is expanding its internal Salesforce team as part of a multi‑year transformation programme. The business is moving ownership of Salesforce in‑house and is now seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its Glasgow-based team, working across Financial Services Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud .

The Role You’ll be responsible for building and evolving Salesforce solutions that support key customer and business processes, working closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Developing and enhancing Salesforce functionality across FSC and/or Marketing Cloud Building Apex, LWC, Flows and automation Supporting integrations and data‑led use cases Contributing to solution design and technical standards Playing a key role in in‑house capability build‑out What We’re Looking For Hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer Experience xwzovoh with FSC and/or Marketing Cloud Strong Apex and Lightning development skills Exposure to enterprise or complex Salesforce environments Agile delivery experience What’s On Offer Salary up to £78,000 Hybrid working from Glasgow Excellent pension Private medical insurance Bonus and share-based incentives Enhanced holiday and flexible benefits
