Travel: Regular customer site visits required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand commercial activities across North America for a rapidly growing mechanical and industrial solutions provider. This organization delivers a highly specialized isolation technology used across industrial facilities, enabling safe maintenance work without requiring shutdowns or outages. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and building partnerships with value‑added resellers (VARs).

This is a hands‑on role combining strategic leadership with active field engagement. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Execution Hunt, identify, and close new business opportunities across a wide range of industries Drive net‑new revenue by building relationships beyond traditional markets Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract close Present technical solutions to customers through virtual meetings, in‑person site visits, conferences, and live demonstrations Build trust and long‑term relationships with engineers, technicians, senior buyers, commercial leaders, and legal teams Actively meet customers face‑to‑face and maintain a robust visitation schedule Expand business within key accounts and maximize customer lifetime value Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM records Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution Partnership Building Identify, onboard, and support Value Added Resellers (VARs) to expand market reach Work with marketing and leadership to support events, trade shows, demo programs, and industry campaigns Process Improvement Contribute to the enhancement of sales processes, tools, and best practices Ensure accurate, disciplined use of CRM and reporting systems Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, energy, mechanical, or technical product environments Proven track record of exceeding revenue and margin targets Strong communication and negotiation skills with both technical and commercial audiences Understanding of CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales analytics Ability and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites Personal Attributes Self‑starter with a proactive, competitive, and results‑driven mindset Highly organized with strong time‑management skills Able to work independently with high ownership and accountability Comfortable making sound commercial decisions within defined frameworks Collaborative team player who can also perform effectively with autonomy Open‑minded, adaptable, and receptive to continuous improvement High level of autonomy and leadership responsibility Opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing, technically strong organization Modern office environment with a supportive, experienced team #J-18808-Ljbffr
