Overview Location: Atlanta, GA Compensation: $80,000 – $115,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Are you a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for building new business? This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, mid-sized global freight forwarder that is expanding aggressively across North America. With headquarters in the Asia-Pacific region and a U.S. base of operations near LAX in Los Angeles, this company has built a strong reputation in international markets by delivering flexible, customer-focused multimodal freight solutions.
Air and Ocean freight remain at the heart of their offering, supported by a global network and a commitment to innovation and service excellence. The business is now in an exciting stage of growth. Following its success in Asia-Pacific and Europe, the forwarder has made significant investments in the U.S. market and is actively building out its regional sales presence.
Atlanta, as one of the most important logistics and air cargo gateways in the country, is a key growth hub in their North American expansion. They are seeking ambitious, motivated sales executives to establish and grow the company’s footprint across Georgia and the wider Southeast region. This is not a maintenance role.
It is a true hunter position where you will own your territory, shape strategy, and directly impact the company’s U.S. growth story. The Opportunity Develop, sell, and implement tailored Air and Ocean freight solutions for enterprise and Fortune 500 customers.
Take full ownership of the Atlanta/Southeast territory: research, map, and target high-value prospects, while building a strong regional presence. Meet customers face-to-face, create long-term partnerships, and act as a trusted logistics advisor. Report directly to the U.S.
Head of Sales based in Los Angeles, ensuring quick decisions, open collaboration, and minimal red tape. Play a leading role in establishing the company’s presence in one of the most dynamic freight markets in the U.S. What You’ll Bring A proven background in international freight forwarding sales, with a focus on Air and Ocean solutions.
A strong record of prospecting, securing, and managing enterprise-level accounts. A true hunter mentality – resilient, ambitious, and motivated to exceed targets and break new ground. The ability to think strategically and entrepreneurially, with the drive to take ownership of your territory.
