Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, strategic leader in SaaS and digital marketing to join as Senior Marketing Director to lead a team of Digital Marketers focused on the Global Water Solutions business. This fullâtime role is central to launching and scaling new SaaS offerings and accelerating our digital transformation in the Global Water Solutions Business (GWS). The GWS business includes Global Light Water Solutions, Global Downstream, GHT, Global Power, and Global Basic.

What You Will Do
Product Incubation & Delivery
- Create a customerâfirst narrative with an aligned digital product roadmap.
- Lead the development of new SaaS productsâidentify market gaps and customer pain points where legacy systems or processes create inefficiencies, data silos, and limited visibility. Translate gaps into opportunities solved with new digital products that will create a compelling and unified customer experience.
- Refine business models (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, payback).
- Partner with product teams through agile processes (discovery and delivery) with structured experimentation.
- Develop data sets and dashboards to measure adoption, usage, and value.
GoâtoâMarket & Commercialization Partnership
- Define ideal customer profiles, market segments, and product positioning.
- Lead pricing and packaging, including bundles, tiers, and usageâbased models.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop GTM plans, enablement playbooks, and adoption programs.
- Develop and launch multiâchannel campaigns leveraging Marketing Communications and enterprise capabilities.
- Own revenue targets for incubated products and report growth KPIs.
CrossâFunctional Leadership & Change Management
- Mobilize crossâfunctional teams.
- Translate technical concepts for nonâdigital and executive audiences.
- Lead internal enablement and change initiatives (field pilots, operational readiness).
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and learning from failure.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaboration on IoT strategy and development plans.
- Partner with Transformation leadership to integrate digital capabilities.
- Assess competitive landscape and elevate awareness of external innovation.
- Develop and coach team members, support professional growth, and foster a positive team culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8â10 years of product marketing experience (MBA or graduate degree preferred).
- Proven experience in SaaS product development and commercialization, preferably in a startâup environment.
- Track record of revenue ownership (ARR, retention, SaaS scaling).
- Expertise in pricing, segmentation, and GTM execution for software products.
- Experience running structured experiments and validating business assumptions.
- Strong project management and execution skills for crossâfunctional initiatives.
- Financial acumen and ability to model and assess P&L requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Able to translate technical/data concepts for commercial and operational teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and challenging the status quo in legacy environments.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $159,900.00 â $239,900.00. The position is eligible for an annual bonus and longâterm incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are considered when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, and geography. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
