Senior Product Manager - SaaS Experience: 6-10 years Location: Gurgaon (onsite) About Us Stupa Sports Analytics is building the category-defining, full-stack platform for racquet sports, combining SaaS, media, analytics, and AI to transform how federations, leagues, clubs, and athletes operate, engage, and grow. We work closely with international federations, major leagues, and broadcasters across multiple sports including Table Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, and Padel to deliver next-gen AI-powered solutions that enhance both performance and fan experience. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex data and workflow challenges across the sports ecosystem. Key Responsibilities ●End-to-end product requirements across tournaments, rankings, stats, analytics, live streaming, OTT, registrations, memberships, and dashboards ●Automation initiatives to generate insights, stats, and creative outputs ●User journeys for multiple personas: admins, operators, players, fans, broadcasters ●Viewing and usage experience across OTT, live events, dashboards, and user-facing modules ●Collaboration with design teams on UX, visualization, and information hierarchy ●Writing and maintaining clear PRDs, backlog grooming, and sprint planning with TPM and engineering teams ●Alignment with tech and QA teams for implementation clarity and product acceptance testing ●Continuous evolution of the platform based on user feedback, insights, and business priorities Ideal Profile ●6+ years of Product Management experience (SaaS or platform products preferred) ●Strong understanding of data-heavy systems ●Understanding of sports operations and workflows (preferred but not mandatory) ●Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive solutions ●High ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-moving environments ●Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Bonus Points ●Experience in sports tech, OTT, or live broadcast workflows ●Background in analytics platforms or dashboards Why Join Us? ●Opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, AI, broadcast, and analytics ●Build products used in live international tournaments and opportunity to travel overseas ●High ownership and fast execution environment ●Direct impact on product and business outcomes ●Opportunity to shape the future of sports technology
