Job Location: Wilsonville, OR Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Wilsonville, OR is $168,834 – $197,700 per year and may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Responsibilities Develop and produce materials (design guides, troubleshooting guides, technical white papers, presentations, data sets, videos, and demonstrations) to enable the sales force to present and demonstrate new features and communicate their value.
Perform duties with a high degree of autonomy and limited supervision. Create and deliver product training to internal staff and customers, including e‑learning materials. Ensure that user documentation is effective and user‑friendly.
Communicate the product vision and act as an evangelist both internally and externally. Support product launch activities, including tradeshows, conferences, and technical sales training. Work with the development organization to describe the context, value, and intent of customer requirements or inquiries.
Provide product support to the sales channel, working directly at customer sites in pre‑ and post‑sales situations. Travel with the field and marketing activity as required (10% domestic, 5% international). Qualifications Either a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 60 months of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 36 months of relevant experience.
Experience working with integrated circuit design focusing on analog and digital design & verification, custom or semi‑custom IP blocks, and SoC assembly. Experience with circuit reliability issues, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrical overstress (EOS); resolving reliability challenges in IC designs. Experience engaging in customer interactions focused on circuit design engineers, verification teams, and technical management.
Ability to build innovative product roadmaps through collaboration with cross‑functional teams and other product groups. Ability to deliver results and articulate the value of solutions to customers and field product specialists. Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policy; the role is hybrid.
