We’re building something ambitious at American Trading International (ATI)… and like any growing global business, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. That’s where you come in. ATI is a service-oriented export trading company that helps brands expand into over 80 international markets. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our internal engine. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on connecting the dots across the business. You’ll oversee key operational functions, manage budgets, strengthen internal processes, and ensure our teams have the structure and support they need to perform at their best. What you’ll do Own Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day operations across Supply Chain, Business Intelligence/Analytics, HR, and Office Administration Bring structure and alignment across functions to improve efficiency and collaboration Identify gaps in processes, ownership, and execution, and implement practical solutions Manage and monitor departmental budgets across departments Ensure strong cost controls and thoughtful allocation of resources Partner with leadership to improve financial visibility and decision-making Build Systems That Scale Develop and refine processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and performance Evaluate when to leverage internal resources vs. outsourced support Lead initiatives that improve how the business operates day-to-day Lead People & Performance Support performance management across departments, including KPI tracking and reporting Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and communication Help build and evolve the operational team structure to support growth Own the “Business of Running the Business” Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, and key administrative functions (e.g. lease management, facilities decisions) Ensure leadership and teams have what they need to operate effectively Step in where needed to keep things moving, while building longer-term solutions Act as a key partner to senior leadership, helping translate priorities into execution Support company-wide initiatives like town halls, team events, and internal communications Help create an environment where teams can focus on high-value work What you’ll bring Significant experience in operations, business management, or a similar leadership role Proven ability to manage multiple functions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation Experience building or improving operational systems and processes Confidence making decisions with imperfect information You’re likely someone who Brings order to chaos without slowing things down Balances big-picture thinking with hands-on execution Communicates clearly and navigates different personalities with ease Knows how to prioritize what actually moves the business forward Is just as comfortable reviewing budgets as you are solving day-to-day operational challenges What to know This is a fully in-office role This is a high-visibility, high-impact position with significant influence on how the business operates and scales What you’ll be paid Compensation is commensurate with experience in the range of $130K-$150K.
