Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to drive performance across key grocery customers and play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of the company's success.

Own and lead the Grocery, Retail Multiples & eCommerce strategy Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and key stakeholders across retail customers. Develop, negotiate, and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs), where appropriate to do so. Ensure strong margin management, cost control, and return on investment.

What are we looking for? 3+ years of experience managing Grocery accounts. Experience working within the Drinks industry is preferred but not essential Full P&L ownership. Commercially sharp with strong negotiating skills and a genuine passion for sales.

Someone who is a strong communicator who can influence decision makers. What’s on offer? Fully Home-Based Contract £65,000 - £70,000 Salary Bonus up to 20% Great work-life balance and the chance to work for a business where family are at the heart of what they do.
