This position plays a critical role in our construction projects, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP design and construction for various projects. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the alignment of MEP systems with overall project goals.

Review and approve MEP designs and changes, ensuring they meet all safety standards and project requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts related to MEP activities. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP systems.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of work. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP systems. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MEP management in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficient in MEP design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality of work. Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
