NR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer for an opportunity in Las Vegas, NV – Onsite! Position Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer Location: Las Vegas, NV – Onsite Anticipated Start Date: 05/11/2026. Please note this is the target date and is subject to change.

Salary Range: $90K - $110K/Annum plus Benefits Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvement and operational efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on reducing waste, optimizing production workflows, and implementing innovative engineering solutions to enhance overall performance. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through research, data analysis, and implementation of new technologies or automation. Develop and refine production methods by analyzing product requirements, testing procedures, and validation techniques.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout. Analyze production, labor, and material costs to support data-driven decision-making. Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing operational data and trends.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance. Support design and development activities, including prototyping and process improvements. Utilize 2D/3D CAD tools for design, tooling, and fixture development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training, safety, and operational processes. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience). 3–8 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in root cause analysis. Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing systems.
