What You'll Do Partner closely with senior leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic business objectives.

Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes. Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on business transformation, market expansion, operational improvement, and growth. Develop business cases, strategic analyses, presentations, and executive dashboards to support decision-making.

Identify opportunities to strengthen market position, drive revenue growth, and improve organizational effectiveness. Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners. Monitor project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help scale successful programs across the organization. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership decisions. What You'll Bring 5–7 years of experience in: Strategy Management Consulting Business Transformation Corporate Planning Growth Strategy Business Operations MBA from a leading business school preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. Experience developing business cases and translating strategy into execution. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strong communication and executive presentation abilities. Understanding of go-to-market strategies, business growth initiatives, and market expansion. Ability to thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable impact.
