Senior Manager, Quality (CAL01T7) Calgary, Alberta or Edmonton, Alberta Full-time, Employee Unposting Date: Jul 31, 2026 We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Quality responsible for providing strategic leadership for Quality Assurance and Quality Control, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Act as the Quality focal across project EPC/EPCM delivery, liaising with functional and project leadership and building strong relationships with client counterparts and project personnel. Plan and execute quality assurance and quality control activities (assessments, surveillances, audits, inspections) to confirm conformance with Worley, client, and contractual requirements; promote and monitor adherence to company, client, and legislative obligations.

Facilitate risk and lessons learned workshops; communicate relevant and timely quality management information to stakeholders; support project teams in understanding quality assurance and quality control requirements. Develop and maintain project quality documentation, including schedules, plans, project reporting and other documentation aligned to contractual obligations and Worley’s requirements. Maintain quality metrics and KPIs and brief project/functional leadership on performance, risks and ongoing quality activities.

Influence subcontractor and supplier quality—partnering with the project team, including project management and supply chain, during evaluations to confirm suitability of quality practices; oversee ITPs, inspections, and supplier NCR resolution. Lead investigations into unplanned quality events, ensuring robust corrective actions, trend analysis, and continuous improvement. Substantiate quality conformance of deliverables and services across the lifecycle and coach/mentor QA/QC staff and project members.

Contribute to a large, multi‑office program—aligning quality strategy with contracting packages and interfaces, integrating KPIs/dashboards, managing stage gate readiness, and assuring construction QA/QC execution at scale. Qualifications A combination of operations, quality, construction, or project experience preferred. Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.

Experience with project delivery procedures and processes. Experience in EPCM projects in the execution phase, from the commencement of detailed engineering, coordination of procurement activities and management of construction contracts. Experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors.

Demonstrated experience applying lessons learned and adopting innovative solutions for continual improvement. Ability to effectively conduct different types of audits in a professional, ethical, and objective manner. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and determine course of action.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with programs used for data gathering, analysis and reports (spreadsheets, databases, word processing, etc.) and understanding of commercial and strategic business drivers. Experience with continual improvement programs (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, Total Quality Management, etc.) and workshop facilitation, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills; able to build, motivate, develop and manage an effective team and resolve conflict between individuals and/or groups.

Available for travel to Worley offices and project sites within Western Canada. Education and Certifications An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered where appropriate. Professional designation preferred (Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), P.

Eng or equivalent). CWB Level II considered an asset. Required Qualifications and Certifications Understanding of Jurisdictional Authority requirements (CSA, CWB ASME, ABSA).

ISO 9001 training and experience. Quality Assurance training. Total Quality Management training.
