Senior Product Marketing Manager – Dash We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and lead product marketing at Dash. This highly visible, strategic role defines positioning, messaging, and value-driven narratives that fuel all go-to-market teams. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, you will ensure Dash’s products – both new and existing – are clearly differentiated, resonate with the market, and drive adoption and growth.

Responsibilities Own Dash’s positioning, messaging, and narratives to ensure clear differentiation and market resonance. Build and maintain a value-first messaging framework that equips Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Partner with Sales and Enablement to deliver compelling stories, battle cards, and field-ready messaging. Drive launch readiness: clear narrative, audience, enablement, and measurable success criteria for every release. Lead ongoing competitive and market analysis to inform strategy and ensure differentiation.
Define and track product marketing KPIs, using data and insights to measure and refine impact. Partner with Product on roadmap alignment and product-market fit decisions. Lead and develop the Product Marketing team, setting the standard for PMM excellence at Dash.
Establish scalable programs, processes, and best practices that raise the bar for go-to-market execution. Qualifications 7+ years total experience in marketing, product marketing, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience specifically in B2B SaaS product marketing. Proven track record in developing positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies that drive adoption and growth.
Strong experience with competitive analysis and market research. Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling, value-based narratives. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.
Experience working closely with Product teams and understanding product development lifecycles. Nice to Have Experience in social media, martech, or creator economy SaaS. Background in building product marketing functions from the ground up.
