Senior Infor LN/Baan Business Analyst / Consultant

Job 1 Location: Chicago suburbs (Lisle, IL) (Possible Work from Home / Tele‑commute) Status: Full‑Time Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years Reports to: Consulting Manager Responsibilities Work with clients in defining, gathering and documenting business requirements Assist users in implementing features and functionality within their ERP and related systems Serve as a project manager for ERP and related software implementations Identify opportunities within assigned accounts Function as a technical liaison to the development team at Crossroads RMC Work with the development team to test and deliver ERP and related solutions to clients Train clients on the use of the standard ERP and related software 75%+ travel, including some possible international travel Qualifications 5+ years Baan/LN experience required 5+ years of ERP Business Analyst and/or Functional Consulting Experience Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills Solid background in project management Strong problem‑solving skills Data collection experience a plus BCPS/LX experience a plus Benefits Competitive Salary Excellent benefits package including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Plan, Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, 401k with profit sharing, 3 weeks paid time off and more.
