Senior GenAI Engineer USC - W2 role Remote

Overview : The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AI/ML fundamentals, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, and agent-based architectures , along with strong Python programming skills and familiarity with tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs . Candidates should also have experience building agentic workflows and intelligent systems , leveraging frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration tools , and working with multi-modal data and AI-driven applications . Employment Type : W2 Only Work Authorization: USC / GC Experience: GenAI / Agentic AI preferred Location : 100% Remote Skill Sets Candidates should be able to develop prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs using one or more of the following: AI/ML Knowledge: Strong foundation in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and machine learning principles.

Programming Skills: Expertise in Python and experience with tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI API. Large Language Model Expertise: Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLMs (open-source and commercial). Agentic AI & Workflow Orchestration: Experience building agent-based systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents, or similar tools.

Multi-Modal Data and AI Tools: Experience working with multi-modal data and intelligent agent-based systems.
