Position Description Lead development efforts using C/C++ across core systems Architect and design scalable, maintainable solutions Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution strategies Mentor and guide junior and intermediate developers Establish best practices and coding standards Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical direction with business needs Experience 7+ years of software development experience Extensive professional experience with C/C++ Proven track record working on complex systems Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Deep expertise in C/C++ programming Robust architectural and system design capability Leadership and mentorship experience Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Education Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
