Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager โ Admissions & Outreach Department: Outreach & Admissions Location: Chennai / Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3โ6 Years Education: Master's degree or equivalent from a premier institution Reporting To: Assistant Director Compensation: As per institution standards About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and passionate professionals to join our Outreach & Admissions team. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end admissions process for Undergraduate and MBA programs while representing the university at outreach events and engaging with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. Depending on the candidate's experience and suitability, the position will be offered as Senior Executive or Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end admissions process for Undergraduate and MBA programs. Coordinate application reviews and shortlist candidates for subsequent selection rounds. Support the planning and execution of admission assessments, interviews, and selection activities.
Execute admission campaigns through both online and offline channels. Respond to admission-related queries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and virtual sessions. Participate in admission events, information sessions, open houses, and student engagement initiatives.
Represent the university at outreach events, education fairs, and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare admission-related reports. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the management as required. Skills & Competencies Good understanding of admissions processes in Indian higher education institutions. Familiarity with undergraduate and MBA entrance examinations and admission procedures.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent relationship management and networking skills. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, parents, corporates, and alumni.
