Senior Engineer

In this role, you will lead and execute the design of pipeline and infrastructure systems for residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and large-scale projects. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to plan, route, and analyze utility designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and permitting requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of natural gas design projects—from AutoCAD-based design and cost estimation to construction coordination and pipeline integrity management.

Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably civil or mechanical). Candidates should have experience in pipeline design or operations, including transmission and distribution systems, and be proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, and related engineering software. A strong understanding of governmental regulations, permitting processes (including TxDOT and local municipalities), and construction standards is essential.

Experience with subdivision design, project estimation, contract preparation, and pipeline integrity processes is highly desirable, along with demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
