The Role As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, leading design, engaging with clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes on site, and mentoring Junior Engineers.

What You’ll Do Lead electrical design on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects Work closely with the Electrical Director Deliver projects in line with RIBA work stages Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors Oversee installation, commissioning, and quality of delivery What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of RIBA stages Confident communicator and team collaborator Proactive problem solver with a practical mindset Degree / HND / HNC qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM (desirable) What You’ll Get 30 days annual leave + bank holidays Flexible & hybrid working (including compressed hours) Company laptop and mobile Annual salary and progression reviews, with progression to Principal Engineer and ultimately Associate being a realistic pathway Supportive, close-knit team with real autonomy Modern Bristol office (5 minutes from Bristol Parkway) with free parking The opportunity to make a real impact in sustainable engineering Additional Info Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) UK travel required (full driving licence needed) Right to work in the UK required Ready to take the lead on meaningful, sustainable projects?
