Senior Dialysis Nurse – Renal Services (South London) Full-Time | Up to £44,515 DOE | £4.500 Allowance + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Senior Dialysis Nurses to join a modern, well-equipped dialysis clinic in the South London. About the Clinic Modern dialysis unit (approx. 20 stations) Recently built facility with strong inspection outcomes Operates Monday to Saturday (no Sundays or nights) Uses industry-standard dialysis technology Strong, collaborative team culture with a focus on clinical excellence The Role As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, you will: Take charge of shifts and act as Nurse in Charge Deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care Support and mentor junior staff and colleagues Monitor and assess patients pre-, during, and post-treatment Ensure safe and effective use of dialysis equipment Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives Shift Pattern: Early: 06:30 – 14:45 Late: 14:30 – 22:45 Monday to Saturday rota (including long days on rotation) No night shifts or Sunday working Candidate Requirements Registered General Nurse (NMC) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a renal dialysis setting ( essential ) Confident in leading shifts and taking clinical responsibility Able to work full rota including early starts and long days Strong communication and team leadership skills Renal qualification (or working towards) desirable Salary & Benefits Up to £44,515 ( DOE ) £4,500 location allowance 30% enhancement for evenings (after 8pm) and Saturdays Paid breaks 35 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service Structured training and development programme (including renal courses) Ongoing CPD support and internal progression opportunities Company pension, life assurance, and additional staff benefits No nights or Sunday working Christmas Day & New Year’s Day off Training & Development Comprehensive onboarding with supernumerary period Access to structured in-house training academy Weekly clinical learning sessions Clear pathways for career progression into leadership roles Location This role is based in South London, with excellent transport links across London.
