To guarantee gold-standard care for our VIP and completely protect our nursing staff from fatigue, we operate a strict, non-negotiable double-nurse shift system .

Requirements Clinical & Professional Requirements Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is an absolute requirement. Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical practice strictly within ICU, ER, or A&E environments.

Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, paired with the supreme emotional intelligence and discretion required in private VIP care.
