Work Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid) Experience Level: 5 years Security Clearance: Required - Reliability Status Type: Contract (6 months) Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Senior Business Systems Analyst to support our enterprise-wide information management, SharePoint remediation, and PII-related initiatives, specifically in the Insurance domain. In this role you will focus on driving execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies, tracking progress, and ensuring remediation activities are completed consistently across multiple business units. Responsibilities: Coordinate activities across multiple parallel workstreams including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) remediation, content cleanup, migrations, governance, and business unit actions.

Drive engagement and follow-ups with business stakeholders and site owners to support decision-making and execution activities. Facilitate site-level decisioning activities, including content disposition, migration, access review, and remediation actions. Track and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across business and technology teams.

Maintain stakeholder trackers and ensure timely completion of assigned actions. Support execution of enterprise information management, SharePoint, and data remediation initiatives. Escalate blockers and unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders to prevent delays.

Coordinate meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications. Maintain consistent operating cadence across distributed teams and business units. Support the development and maintenance of status reports, dependency logs, risk registers, and executive updates.

Assist in implementing standardized decision frameworks and processes across remediation activities. Ensure activities involving sensitive information and PII datasets are executed in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements. Required Skills: Masters in Business Administration - Strategy/Operation specialization preferred 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, PMO, or related roles.

Strong proficiency in MS - Excel, PowerPoint, and Project tracking tools. Experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience coordinating large-scale business or technology initiatives involving multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-ups across diverse stakeholder groups. Understanding of PII datasets, privacy requirements, and information management concepts.

Preferred Skills: Experience supporting SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, content remediation, migration, or information management initiatives. Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, records management, information governance, or data classification concepts. Experience working in regulated environments.

Exposure to project management, PMO, or delivery coordination activities. Security Clearance Requirement: Active Government of Canada Security Clearance (Reliability Status) is required. Successful candidates may be required to undergo background verification, criminal record checks, and security screening processes prior to onboarding.
