You will be trusted to manage your region and build long term broker partnerships. The focus here is quality origination rather than short term volume, with close collaboration between sales and underwriting to improve conversion and broker experience.

Package & Benefits Salary £70,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Uncapped commission structure. Annual bonus.

Conduct face to face broker meetings and regional market engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for brokers through the deal lifecycle. About You Experience as an external BDM within bridging finance or commercial term lending.
