Full responsibilities, required qualifications, and the apply link are listed in the description below.## Resume Keywords to IncludeMake sure these keywords appear in your resume to improve ATS scoringAgileScrumORAnalystDCLocationScopeOwnerSign up free to auto-tailor your resume with all these keywords and get a higher ATS score## Job DescriptionLead Business Analyst – DC Location* Scope of work* Work with the Product Owner, Business, Other integrating applications to define and articulate requirements in Documents, Epics, Features, Stories.* Help Product Owner in refining the requirements and prioritizing the backlogged user stories* Prepare presentations for both technical and non-technical audience.* Help Product Owner in the Pre-PI Planning Process and during the PI Planning* Perform testing and analyze logs and other relevant metrics for more insights into relevancy and user behavior* Assist in Integration Testing and UAT.* Conduct JAD sessions to brainstorm.* Participate in SCRUM meetings and playing /played role of scrum master.* Coordination with onsite and offshore team* Perform timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis of each issue* Proactively manage your own work queue, time, and expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate needs and tradeoffs if your schedule is in jeopardy* SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent with relevant experience.* 10+ years of Experience in Business Analysis with knowledge in Banking Domain with ability to write precise user stories.* Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to all project members and stakeholders.* Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources and is a bridge between the business stakeholders and technical team.* Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation/communications* Good Analytical Skills, Critical thinking, data analysis, research & communication* Solid problem-solving abilities* Ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions* Ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional mannerGood understanding of the Agile and scaled agile methodologies## About Jobs via DiceJobs via Dicedice.comOn-site #J-18808-Ljbffr
