Job Description We are seeking a Senior BSA to play a key role in the modernization of ClientLink, our portfolio management platform supporting portfolio accounting, performance, and downstream integrations. What will you do? Lead the definition of target‑state functional capabilities for ClientLink Develop: Functional specifications Use cases and journeys User stories with clear acceptance criteria Translate legacy system behavior into: Modern, modular, and scalable designs Define: Business rules Data flows System interactions Identify gaps between: Current-state (legacy ClientLink) Future-state (modernized architecture) Lead functional design and system analysis Define use cases, user stories, and functional specifications Translate business domain needs into modern, scalable solution designs Analyze data flows, system behavior, and production issues Partner with engineering on solution design and debugging Act as a bridge across business, data, and technology What do you need to succeed? Must Have’s Strong SQL and data analysis capability Experience defining: Functional specifications Data mappings System flows Experience with: APIs, batch processing, and system integrations Experience with analyzing and validating end-to-end flows: Transactions, positions, valuations, performance Proven ability to: Translate business needs into structured functional designs Create clear, consumable specifications for engineering Experience working on: Modernization or transformation initiatives Legacy-to-modern system transitions 5+ years working experience as a Business System Analyst / Technical Systems Analyst Experience in: Large, complex enterprise platforms Cross-system integrations Understanding of positions vs transactions and evaluation/performance concepts Nice-to-have: Experience working with different project methodologies; Agile, Waterfall Wealth management / capital markets experience Prior experience in modernization programs strongly preferred What’s in it for you?
