Job Description: Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise and emerging technology initiatives through business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and operational improvement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Agile methodologies, business process analysis, use case development, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements while translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
The candidate will support enterprise modernization initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies by maintaining accurate documentation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and participating in enterprise project activities. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Create, maintain, and update use cases, workflows, and process documentation Perform business process mapping and workflow analysis activities Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders Support Agile methodologies, sprint activities, and project management practices Participate in requirements validation, business discussions, and solution planning sessions Identify business process improvements, operational gaps, and enhancement opportunities Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements Support enterprise and emerging technology projects and modernization initiatives Participate in stakeholder meetings, project discussions, and status updates Assist project teams with business analysis documentation and deliverables Additional Responsibilities Assist with SDLC documentation and project deliverables Support creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders Maintain business requirements documentation, workflows, and process maps Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities when required Participate in enterprise operational and modernization initiatives Ensure documentation standards, compliance requirements, and project expectations are met Required Skills Strong experience working as a Senior Business Analyst in enterprise or technology environments Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices Experience documenting use cases, business workflows, and requirements Strong process mapping and business process documentation experience Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills Experience supporting enterprise-level business and modernization projects Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Experience supporting SDLC and business process improvement initiatives Ability to work effectively with technical and cross‑functional teams Qualifications Prior State Agency experience required (minimum 12 agencies/projects) Experience in technology or enterprise business environments required Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills required Agile/Scrum experience preferred Experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives preferred Certifications Agile/Scrum certification preferred (if applicable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
