Senior Bench Sales. Responsibilities: Manage the full bench sales cycle: sourcing, submissions, rate negotiation, and closures Build and maintain strong relationships with US vendors and clients Place a minimum of 2 bench candidates per month Identify and submit candidates for suitable job opportunities Coordinate interview processes and maintain communication with candidates and clients Use job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Dice) to source candidates Maintain and update candidate/client databases and generate daily reports Apply knowledge of US tax terms and compliance requirements Implement H1B marketing strategies for candidate placements Knowledge of H1B visa processes and marketing strategies preferred Qualifications: 1โ7 years of experience in bench sales and business development Proven experience working with US vendors and clients Strong understanding of technical roles and recruitment processes Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
