Senior Base Analyst

The Senior Base Analyst – Usage & Business Analytics is responsible for delivering business intelligence, reporting and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across Mobility and Fixed Line businesses. The role serves as the analytical engine for the Usage & Revenue (U&R) function by developing reports, dashboards, data models and insights that support subscriber, usage, revenue, retention and customer value management initiatives. The role owns data extraction, report automation, dashboard development and analytical support while building deep understanding of telecom business KPIs, customer behaviour and commercial performance drivers. KPI : Timely delivery of analytics and reporting requirements, accuracy of business insights, dashboard adoption and stakeholder satisfaction Core Mandate Develop and maintain business databases, dashboards, MIS and reporting frameworks to support business performance monitoring and decision-making. Write, optimize and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform and analyze large-scale business data. Deliver standardized and ad-hoc reporting requirements for business, product, commercial and customer value management teams. Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and enhance data availability. Analyze subscriber, usage, revenue, recharge, retention and customer behaviour data to generate actionable business insights. Support customer segmentation, churn analysis, revenue enhancement, and business performance tracking initiatives through data-driven analysis.

Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools to provide timely visibility into business KPIs. Experience Required: 6-9 years total experience Domain: Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics Industry: Telecom experience is highly preferred, large-scale B2C is mandatory Education Required: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative disciplines Must Have Skills Advanced SQL capability Hands-on experience working with large databases Strong proficiency in Excel & Tableau Working knowledge of Python At least 2 years in Telecom in the last 5 years
