What is the opportunity? As part of the Chief Data Office (CDO), we’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of reporting solutions. The Senior Analyst of Data Insights & Analytics within the Business Optimization & Strategy team will build and enhance dashboards, ensure data quality, and work closely with business users to translate their needs into clear, actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, communicates effectively across technical and business teams, and is committed to delivering reliable reporting solutions that drive informed decision‑making. What will you do? Dashboard Development & Maintenance Build new dashboards and reporting solutions that address business needs and stakeholder requirements Maintain and enhance existing reporting dashboards to ensure they remain accurate and relevant Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualizations Support the continuous improvement of reporting tools and platforms Data Quality & Integrity Manage data validation and quality checks across reporting systems Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) when new data sources or systems are integrated Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues and report discrepancies Proactively communicate data quality findings to stakeholders Reporting Delivery Create and distribute monthly and quarterly business‑as‑usual (BAU) reporting on schedule Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting according to defined SLAs Support ad‑hoc reporting requests to address emerging business needs Track and maintain reporting schedules and delivery status Documentation & Requirements Management Create and maintain clear reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and system guides Develop communications to support reporting launches, updates, and user adoption Gather and analyze business requirements to inform reporting solutions Help translate business questions into technical reporting specifications Detail‑Oriented: High attention to accuracy; takes pride in quality work and thorough validation Strong Problem‑Solver: Comfortable investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions Clear Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts to business users and document processes clearly Collaborative: Works well with business teams, technical colleagues, and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions Self‑Motivated: Takes ownership of projects, manages timelines, and follows through on commitments Technically Skilled: Proficient with reporting tools, dashboarding platforms, and data analysis; comfortable learning new systems User‑Focused: Passionate about creating reporting solutions that are easy to use and drive real business value What do you need to succeed?
