Job Description
Senior Analog Design Engineer We are looking for a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our Design Team. Responsibilities Design analog circuit blocks for high-performance timing products. Work closely with remote crossâfunctional teams such as layout, digital, system design, and validation.
Test, debug, and characterize prototypes in the lab. Demonstrate a great attitude, selfâmotivation, and excellent teamwork. Apply experience in CMOS and/or BiCMOS analog design.
Use strong knowledge of integrated circuit design, device physics, and silicon process technology. Apply understanding of basic analog circuits, noise theory, and phase noise concepts. Proficient use of Cadence analog/mixedâsignal simulation toolset.
Familiarity with Analog/Mixed Signal design flow, simulation models, design rules, verification procedures (DRC/LVS/ERC), and transistorâlevel simulations. Relevant experience in digital PLLs, crystal oscillators, VCXOs, onâchip regulators, DACs, and ADCs. Experience with analog behavioral modeling (SystemVerilog, VerilogâA, AMS).
Handsâon experience with lab test and characterization. Qualifications Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of related experience in analog/mixedâsignal IC design. Compensation Expected annual pay range: $99,000â124,000.
