Senior Accounting Specialist

Company Name : KMK Ventures Job Location : Ahmedabad (On Site) Shift: Permanent Night Shift Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 accounting and product support to CPA firms using QuickBooks Online (QBO) through voice interactions. Handle inbound customer calls and resolve accounting and product-related queries. Troubleshoot issues related to accounting workflows and QBO product functionality.

Guide customers on product features, navigation, and best practices. Analyze accounting data to identify and resolve discrepancies. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear and professional communication.

Document customer interactions and escalate complex accounting or product issues to the appropriate teams when required. Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (US, Canada, Australia, India, Gulf, or any other country's accounting).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience in a voice process/customer support role is preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in permanent night shifts .
