SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst

SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst – Capacity Planning – Birmingham Hybrid working – 1 -2 day per week onsite Supply Chain / Capacity Planning / Scope Management SAP Supply Chain Business Analysis services to support a major transformation programme. You will lead initiatives to automate processes, enhance customer experiences, and streamline operations across global divisions. Working closely with both our internal teams and client-side Group and Divisional stakeholders, you will define and implement solutions that drive the ongoing evolution of enterprise systems. Key Skills and Deliverables: Strong Business Analysis skills - Supply Chain & Capacity Planning Supply chain optimisation experience - ATP / Capacity Planning / long term planning (SAP environment) Strong background in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.), manufacturing execution systems (MES, QAD, PLM), and supply chain management processes. Expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, QM, SD, WM) and the integration of these systems with other enterprise applications. A strong understanding of business processes, ERP systems, and the ability to utilize technology to drive business improvements. Preferred Experience: Background in the manufacturing or engineering sectors, with familiarity in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Change Management practices. Drive the development of comprehensive business analysis documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and UAT test scripts, to support the design, testing, and implementation of process and system enhancements. Shape Solutions: Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure requirements are effectively translated into functional features and technical solutions that meet business objectives.
