What You’ll Build SAP Customer Services & Delivery is a global organization supporting the world’s largest enterprises running SAP solutions. Through a highly skilled and motivated global workforce, we deliver comprehensive services across the full lifecycle of software implementation and operations, driving best‑practice adoption and accelerating solution consumption. Within this organization, the Global Delivery Hub (GDH) under SAP Customer Engagement & Advisory provides deep application and technology expertise to support Success Plans, Premium Engagement, and Enterprise Support customers.
Our approach is proactive and relationship‑driven, built on long‑term partnerships grounded in trust, transparency, and measurable value realization. Main Tasks & Objectives Lead requirements gathering across core supply chain planning domains, including SAP IBP S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply and Inventory. Define the “to‑be” technology landscape, develop solution roadmaps, and design phased implementation strategies aligned to strategic business objectives across supply chain, planning, and execution.
Translate business requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables supporting strategic transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Domain Architects (Data, Infrastructure, Application, Security) to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and system design principles. Perform hands‑on system configuration and solution design activities; document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and architecture designs.
Contribute to SAP thought leadership by delivering content‑rich insights at customer engagements, industry events, and through digital media channels. Adoption and consumption mindset (promote and support continued adoption of solutions). What You Bring Expertise in SAP IBP, including freight order management, carrier collaboration, planning & optimization, charge calculation, and settlement processes.
Good understanding of Integration SAP CI/CI‑DS, RTI, etc. 3+ years of implementation experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning projects, and 3+ years of hands‑on implementation experience in SAP IBP solutions. Proven experience designing and implementing end‑to‑end Planning process. Hands‑on knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, oData services, IDocs, and EDI‑based connectivity.
Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics in supply chain use cases. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise design standards. Strong understanding of digital Supply Chain Planning trends, including network visibility, automation, and sustainability reporting.
Proven capability in root cause analysis and performance optimization within complex SAP Planning landscapes. Good communication skills with the ability to present technical architectures and transformation strategies to business and IT leadership. Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across product, services, data, and architecture teams to drive customer value realization.
Developer‑level knowledge in one of the programming languages, such as ABAP, Java, or Python. Fluent in written and spoken English. Education & Qualifications Higher education degree.
Compensation Targeted annual combined range for this position is 70,900–159,900 USD. The actual offer will be within that range and may depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors. Additional variable incentive and benefits are available.
