SAP FICO Tester / SAP QA Analyst Location : Mumbai/Bengaluru Remote Job type : Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Tester / SAP QA Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Finance testing, data validation, and financial process verification. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO testing, SAP FIORI applications, reconciliation testing, and validating complex financial calculations. Domain SAP Finance (FICO) Pharma / PBM Rebates (Preferred) Focus Areas Manual Testing Data Validation Financial Accuracy Reconciliation Testing Required Experience 8+ years of overall Software Testing / QA experience. 6+ years of SAP testing experience.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO testing. Experience testing Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) processes. Experience testing SAP FIORI applications.

Proven experience validating financial transactions and accounting processes. Preferred Experience Pharma / PBM Rebates domain experience. Experience with finance-intensive rebate management systems.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments. Technical Skills Expertise in Manual Testing and Test Case Design. Strong Test Data Preparation and Data Creation skills.

Proven experience with SAP table-level validations. Ability to validate complex rebate calculations and financial workflows. Experience working with large datasets and reconciliation-heavy processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Tools & Analysis Advanced Excel skills (Data Analysis, Reconciliation, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP). Strong SAP Query skills for data extraction and validation.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with AI-powered testing and productivity tools. Key Responsibilities Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.

Validate SAP Finance processes including AR and GL. Perform SAP table-level data validations. Validate financial calculations, rebates, and accounting flows.

Conduct reconciliation testing across large datasets. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and development teams.

Support Agile testing cycles, sprint testing, and release validation. Ensure high levels of data integrity and financial accuracy.
